Eugene has lived in Boca Raton, Florida for the last 17 years, however, he was born and raised in New Rochelle, NY, a suburb just 30 minutes outside of New York City. After graduating from college with a degree in accounting he earned his law degree and is licensed to practice law in New York State. To further his career goals at that time he attended the NYU's Stern School of Business in its MBA program with an emphasis on finance.
From the late 1990s until 2010 Eugene deployed his finance and legal knowledge by trading the financial markets. He worked as an equity and stock option trader during this time earning substantially greater returns on invested capital then any index tracker during that time. A great part of his career he managed a team of equity traders nurturing their development and managing the risk controls associated with each.
With his deep financial knowledge and legal background, he decided to embark on a career in real estate. He brings a level of professionalism, preparedness, knowledge, and experience that is too infrequent in many real estate agents. Many of the skills he learned in the finance arena are directly applicable to real estate. He is able to negotiate all property markets and brings a level of honesty to the client that is refreshing. He is also able to quickly process feedback from buyers and sellers to make sure his clients end up with the best possible deal they can achieve. Eugene's passion for finance is a great asset for and real estate buyer, seller, or investor.
Eugene is married with three children who enjoy the Boca Raton lifestyle and participate in basketball, tennis, swimming, and baseball as well as focusing on their schoolwork. His parents have owned a home in Palm Beach Gardens for the past 30 years. He has lived in several communities in Boca Raton including Woodfield Country Club, Azura, and Long Lake Estates but is expert on properties throughout Palm Beach County.
